How can I cancel the membership?
You can email us 5 days before your next bill date or manage your own subscription using the link provided in your monthly/annual billing reminder from Thrivecart. This link will also be available in our email autoresponder.
I already work remotely, is this for me?
Absolutely! That's one of the things we're most excited about. Members include current non-bedside nurses and those who are curious about alternative opportunities. One of our favorite parts is having a space where current non-bedside nurses can chat and share knowledge without the chaos of an entire Facebook group asking you to refer them for a role.
Do I Get to Have Nurse Fern Edit my Resume?
Nurses will have the opportunity to submit their resumes for a chance to be reviewed live during noted office hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of this product providing an exceptional amount of information that will only increase in amazingness over time, we will not be offering refunds. However, you can cancel your membership at any time.
Is this a job board membership?
No, the job board hosted on the Nurse Fern website remains free and without payment gating. In the membership we may share roles and have referral discussions but that is not a primary function of the membership.
How do we get our CEs? Can we only get them if we attend live?
You do not need to attend CE presentations live, replays will be uploaded to the membership. There will be a brief quiz after watching each CE video to obtain your certificate. Recordings will become available as they are presented and you will have until the end of 2025 to view previous recordings and obtain hours.
