We're trialing a "pay what you want" model to post on our job board.

Why?

We've struggled to settle on a fair price that takes into account the varying resources available to non-profits, small startups, acute care systems, clinics, MCOs, etc... 

If this seems a little weird, we've never been conventional in our approach to the job market. We truly value the symbiotic connections we've built with recruiters over the years and we don't want the personal side of this to all end by switching to a transactional relationship.
